Torucon is a non-profit culture organization with limited funds, and we LOVE GitHub for offering us their services for free!

Over time the needs of our organization have changed and the scale of our operations have increased significantly. Because everyone working with Torucon are volunteers, it has been rather difficult keeping our tech in check while also juggling personal lives, studies, jobs, etcetera. Now we are taking steps to make our development process more robust.
